Finance HQ

Finance HQ is the private bookkeeping tool of the Myndy group of companies. It is used only by the group's own finance staff, not by the public, and every screen except this page and the privacy policy needs sign-in.

What it does

• Keeps each company's books from the bank and card statements the company uploads.
• Keeps the invoices, receipts and bills for each charge, so every expense has its proof.
• With a company's permission, reads that company's own mailbox with read-only Gmail access to find bills, invoices and receipts sent to it, and attaches each one to its charge. It never sends, deletes, moves or labels email.
• Prepares month-end and the files the companies' accountant needs.
